Shipping Policy

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• We ship worldwide (or you can define the regions you serve). Delivery times depend on destination:

  • U.S. (or domestic) orders: generally arrive within 6–18 business days.

  • International orders: usually take 10–25 business days (depending on customs, local postal services, and shipping destination). 

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress. 

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country (for international shipments).

• If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit — please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
